Junior Account Manager

LarsonO'Brien is looking for a Jr. Account Manager (0-2 years experience). We seek motivated and talented individuals who want gain valuable experience learning marketing in a hands-on environment. Plenty of opportunity for growth. Pittsburgh-based.

  • Support senior AM management on a group of accounts
  • Act as an account coordinator, learning the business, BPM category and specific account responsibilities
  • Manage - with careful oversight - specific account initiatives with a group of accounts in the client portfolio
  • Eventually lead and manage smaller accounts in the portfolio to gain critical experience
  • Responsible for opening jobs within the portfolio, managing status reports, maintaining client meeting minutes
  • Work closely with senior AM leadership on billing and budget management for each account within the portfolio
  • Actively participate in weekly client status calls and LO production meetings
  • Learn and be familiar with billing and project management software to pull and maintain reporting
  • Work closely with senior management to develop client monthly executive reports
  • Work with AM leadership on keeping projects on task - from timing and budget perspectives
  • Offer support to the other AM as necessary
  • Provide support for new business intelligence - possess a curious mindset to uncover data and market
