Account Manager

LarsonO'Brien is looking for an Account Manager (2-4 years experience). We seek motivated and talented individuals with a curiosity to learn and a passion for marketing in a results-based environment. Looking for proactive individuals who want to lead. Pittsburgh-based.

Requirements
  • Manage a group of LO Accounts
  • Be the day-to-day contact on the account portfolio
  • Manage relationship, all projects from start to completion, opening jobs, client meeting minutes, budgets, billing
  • Lead weekly production meeting and client status calls for those accounts
  • Work closely with senior leaders on the business to organize and proactively plan for upcoming activity and new opportunities
  • Work with senior management to develop client monthly executive reports
  • Work closely with AM leadership to continue to learn and grown the AM function at LO, creating process, consistency and overall leadership of accounts
  • Manage jobs ensuring profitability, communicating and addressing any potential over-budget issues
  • Keeping all projects on task - from timing and budget perspectives, communicating to team and senior management any gaps
  • Participate in new business, as needed, in a support role to learn 
  • Possess a can-do spirit and an intellectual curiosity to learn and uncover market intelligence
  • Possess a hunter mentality to grow current client business by recognizing new opportunities for growth
Expectations

2-4 years experience (preferably in a marketing role at an agency)

Based out of Pittsburgh office
