We’re Moving! To a Custom-Converted Train Station

We’re excited to announce that we’ll be moving to our new office this Friday, October 30th!

Don’t be alarmed by the before photo:

The new office was previously a warehouse but originally a train station (yes, the track is still active). The building has been completely renovated and the interior designed to our specifications.

The move comes in line with LarsonO’Brien’s need to create an open office space to facilitate collaboration amongst its four practices – advertising, public relations, interactive and continuing education. The train station offered LarsonO’Brien the unique opportunity to design the interior entirely to its own specifications, including new colors and textures.  The complete design was realized in conjunction with Pittsburgh-based Design 4 Studio.

Many features converged to create the open space, including abundant natural daylighting. Large east and west facing windows promote a high degree of sunlight without heat gain, while a wooded hillside shades the building’s south-facing windows, where solar heat gain would be the greatest. The facility’s conference room boasts the only interior doors in the entire space, further contributing to the open atmosphere.

We’ll post new pictures once we have moved in.

Our new address is: 3591 Ridgeway Drive - Bethel Park, PA 15102
