You read his farewell. Here’s ours:
We love Mark. And we’ll miss him. So he should expect nothing less than fabulous parting gifts from Lauren B. and Lauren L. And of course, they delivered.
What you see below is:
1.) A beautifully-presented poster board of various funny notes that Mark and Lauren B. shared over the years to pass the time at the office.
2.) A friendly rat to decorate Mark’s new desk, which will live alongside his famous chipmunk friend, Chippy from Lauren L. And Lauren likes “The Goonies,” so the skull seemed appropriate.
I did not get anything for Mark, and I feel especially bad, because I learned today that a couple years ago he applied for the job I have now. I’m sorry Mark, but your gift from me will be continued success with your baby, The LOdown. And I’ll also let you contribute to the blog after today.
